I was wondering.
[ She braces her chin on her hand, and looks at the feed with expressive dark eyes. ]
So, I was wondering. Are any of the gods finding leisure time, or is it all work work work? I'm not a goddess myself, but it seems to me that everyone needs some time off.
[ She holds up a picture of an older gentleman, who looks... sad. ]
And if you see this man, could you send him back to the temple of death? I'd appreciate it.

[When Ellie doesn't feel like she's going to starve if she doesn't. There's food available, but Ellie doesn't really have money. Just offerings.]
Sure. Is he like us, or a local?
Audio
[ She's never been big on hunting, despite her brothers. ]
This gentleman is a local. Dead, but local.

That gives Ellie pause, though.]
You want us to point a dead guy at the temple if we see him. [It's incredulous. What the fuck?]

Well, I am living at the temple of Death for right now. It's.... well, I belong here. But yes, if you can see ghosts, point him back this way. I think I rather startled the gentleman.

I'm E. [Eventually she'll start trusting people, but today's not that day. ]

[ She chuckles. ]
Very nice to meet you, E.

[Next great adventure? When Ellie dies - and that feels like it'll be soon, not some distant eventuality - she wants rest. ]
Yeah, you too. Good luck finding your dead guy.

Thank you. Is there anything I can do for you?

...If you meet any of my ghosts, don't tell me.
[And with that rather ominous comment, Ellie hangs up the conversation.]

Who's the man?
audio
[ She sighs and there's a rustle of paper. ]
A local I scared. I'm hoping that by putting the word out, someone will send him back to the temple of Death.
audio
Does that mean he's dead?

Not at all! I'm much more suited to the temple of death. Or Art, but death is better.
Re: [Voice]
So, why death?
[Voice]
As for why? Ghosts.

[If only because Rey finds herself at home among the various offerings and furnishings being in disarray. When you've lived among ruins your entire life, organization and aesthetic aren't exactly priorities.]
What's wrong with him? [She lifts her chin towards the picture on her feed.]

[ She picks up the picture again. It's obviously handdrawn. ]
With him? Nothing. I just frightened him is all. He needs to return to the temple of Death and I'll get him straightened about.
